click and reserve they say 20 minutes in the queue and still waiting staff chatting in office but one one serving absolutely joke why advertise click and collect when you still have to queue screw fix don’t have this problem ITS EVERYTIME 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The staff are always polite and as helpful as possible.
Much prefer Toolstation over Screwfix especially now screwfix has this new computer ordering system.
Which may i add is quite difficult to use for elderly customers.

OK - got what I needed -I came in to get a click and collect order - first in the queue - three staff on the tills then one got up and decided to do some stock taking - she said I would be served in in a minute - 10 mins later I was served and the staff were so miserable .
The ordering was fine but the personal experience was poor .
Give me Screwfix everyday ! I only went to Toolstation because they had stock today rather than waiting until tomorrow
