Sandpits installed a stove and flue just before Christmas last year. Unfortunately, that specific brand of stove didn’t perform well in our set-up, however we’re so grateful to them for the swift resolve and help in sorting this for us. James and the Sandpits team not only took the time to listen, but also went above and beyond in supporting with the selection of a new stove, fitting, guidance and after-care. The new Hwam Stove selected is fantastic and we're so pleased with it. We've been using it every day since it’s been installed. We couldn’t be happier with the final results - thank you, Sandpits!

From the moment we walked into the shop to choose the fire all the staff were very helpful friendly and very knowledgeable. We then had Jay and Josh install the fire very tidy workers. The fire looks stunning and it’s made such a difference compared to our old wood burner it’s much more efficient and warmer.I would recommend they were brilliant.

I would to commend sandpits on the exceptional service received by Ash, Josh and James on the design an installation of our new multifuel stove. James came and did a survey and listened to our needs and made some great suggestions we would not have thought of ourselves and identified that the chimney needed a bit of repointing so included that in the quote. Ash and Josh who installed the stove were brilliant and a pleasure to have in our home. They took great care and delivered an outstanding finished product. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a first time installation or any works for that matter.

Absolutely faultless experience from sandpits. We unexpectedly had to replace our log burner and after having approached a number of companies and receiving a lot of negativity we finally spoke to sandpits.

Tom in the showroom had a can do attitude and resolutions to all the complications other installers had pointed out.

Our fitting team arrived on time, were very accommodating and did everything they could to maintain the aesthetic of our fireplace whilst creating room for the required insulated pipes.

Price was extremely competitive, would recommend to anyone. Go here first, save yourself a headache.

We had one new multi fuel burner and a second wood burner refurbished and from the outset the service and communication was great. Tom and Dannii in sales and planning were clear, flexible and listened to the demand. In the fitting stage Sam and Marc were cheerful, communicated clearly with ideas and suggestions and were adaptable to minor choice alterations as the fitting progressed. Great final product, fit and performance.
