Daniel the deliver driver was brilliant when delivering 2 new seats for our minibus. He was kind enough and went out of his way to assist staff to bring the delivery indoors. Deserves more than 5 stars!!

I received my delivery yesterday, the driver was really helpful, as I am wheelchair bound the driver asked me where I would like my delivery, I asked him if it would be possible for him to put it in my garage to which he did without fail. Thank you to the driver, if only all delivery drivers were as kind as you.

Terrible customer services. I spoke with a guy there this morning, who was rude, bullish, who told me in no uncertain terms that there was no one available to make a complaint to about his behaviour. Took a day off as was expecting delivery today only to be told, the delivery wasn't arranged by whoever I spoke to yesterday and to complain to Riiroo about the terrible service. Why would I do that, its not Riiroo who need to go on a customer services course, its JSP hauliers. So, I not only took a day off today from work for a non existent delivery but I also need to take another day off tomorrow. Does this guy who answered the phone so unprofessionally, think I have nothing better to do, than to lose 2 days pay for their incompetence.

I recieved a call from the team at JSP regarding my delivery, they were very polite and courteous and they gave me an estimated time for the delivery which was really helpful so I didn't have to wait in all day.

Been there 5 weeks. Paid on time. Sum tired trucks but if u drive like the professional u r meant to be u will be given a 22/23 Daf. Nice motors. Easy work n left alone. All done by wattsapp. I read the reviews before I joined.and was dubious but glad I took em with a pinch of salt.
As for the reviews who say JSP owe them money why are they writing reviews when they could be generating County court judgements. I would if people owed me money.
Perhaps these people are failing to mention the damage they caused to equipment.
