Fantastic little hardware shop. It has all sorts of stuff. Literally anything you'll ever need. Broke your cooking pot? They have them here. Need a birthday card for the missus but the toilets broken too? They got both things to fix your loo and marriage.

Honestly it's a perfect little independent shop with all the things you need, and at a pretty decent price. And if you need them the staff are always attentive and lovely too.

Arkwright's Allsorts is a proper hardware store. The owner and his family are always very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. The shop is always busy and a great asset to the town. Highly recommended! !

Took a car key with dead battery to see if they could help. They had a look on Internet and dismantled the key and replaced the battery for less than £2. The Honda garage would have probably charged £30.
