Website = Intuitive and easy to follow.
Ease of ordering = Slick and prompt.
Carriage = No hassles and prompt (even when being delivered to Northern Ireland).
Packaging = Robust.
Container = Also robust.
Product quality = Excellent.
Buy Again? = Yes, but with 4kgs of honey delivered it might be a few weeks off.

Excellent queens plus the bonus of only 1hour away. Queens really nice and call along with the two colonies they have joined . Tryed the soft set honey as a little treat once again excellent product. For me it's a win win . I'd always recommend the company. Beats the foreign imports every time, locally adapted, traceable Queens .

We bought 3 x 5 frame summer nucs. Collection was really easy and organised as there were a few people collecting on the same morning. The wooden transport boxes were excellent as they were very sturdy and had good ventilation. We used transport nets over the boxes too. The boxes will be useful in future when we are moving bees for splits etc. Luke advised double brood boxes and the photo here shows why, as in 3 weeks the brood has multiplied rapidly. The bees are calm and good to work with.
I recommend Northumberland Honey Co for purchasing bees, and their sparkling mead is excellent. I am a repeat customer and always have a good experience shopping with this company.

These guys are the best. So far I have tried their bucket of Honey, candles, saddle soap and wax. Everything is of such high quality. Could not rate them any higher. If they were a bit more local, I would have visited their farm as well.
Also have to commend their speed of delivery and some of the best packaging methods I have ever seen.

Have used Northumberland honey for several years now- queens, my first nucleus. Really great quality bees and excellent communication. The bees are calm, productive and they provide good information about their genetic backgrounds.
Photo of a dark queen H1 introduced last week, accepted and laying very well already. Would strongly recommend using their services.

Thanks Luke & Suzie, really happy with your foot cream, using honey and oil is soft and gentle. Plus the amount for such a competitive price is fantastic. I was introduced to the properties of honey and olive oil in Greece.
I hope you develop this range further using different scents.

It was a great experience to deal with Northumberland Honey Co. From order to delivery communication was excellent and delivery was on time which is very important with live bees. The packing was also excellent. The queen is laying very well.

This was my second purchase from Northumberland Honey Co, the first introduced me to what real honey should taste like. This purchase included Christmas gifts, so I can't comment on the hair product yet. The honey mustard is a revelation, the heather honey is devine, the mead spirit will make amazing cocktails for Christmas dinner. If you're looking for that something special look no further; customer service and speedy delivery are the cherry on the top too.
