Had used him for the boiler replacement… didn’t believe the ideal engineer when he commented about the job… now when looking at the pipe works, it’s mostly plastic, though work was supposed to be done in copper pipes… had issues ever since the new boiler was installed… replacing the bloody thing again…

Editing as I can’t respond to your message: if you are using plastic, you shouldn’t be charging for copper first of all, you had clearly mentioned that you will be using copper pipes… and about contacting you, you didn’t even bother to respond to my messages… ever since you started the work, I had troubles, with first time completely drenching my bedroom at the initial installation stage itself, thankfully my kids were not around and I heard the sound of the leak in the night itself, I should have stopped the whole thing right away…. Thereafter, problems one after the other… lessons learned, though it came with a huge expense… happy to throw that trash out…

Our boiler broke down and we had an engineer look at it who wanted to replace it with a really expensive price tag - David from FloSmart came to our rescue fixing our boiler at a really reasonable price and very efficiently. Had a weekend total boiler breakdown. Contacted Dave at FLOSMART on Sunday evening who arrived on Monday and promptly analysed the problem. Although needing to order a new part to fully function, hot water was restored (instant joy), and thanks to a prompt delivery and installation boiler is now working perfectly.
