I would give this a zero if I could. I had my white jumpsuits cleaned there. They brought back my favorite jumpsuit with its belt a completely different color. Did not show any remorse or apologize. Instead had an attitude and kept pushing me to pay for it. The man said he could send it back so they can try to fix it— its creamy white belt and came back grey and stiff. How does that even happen? He demanded I pay for it as he was gonna try to fix it. I paid just to get out of there because I was so disgusted.

They did a great job with cleaning and preserving my wedding dress (dress details - A line, medium length train, V neck and jeweled belt attached and fake buttons down back). They are so great with communication, I forgot to bring my veil and they called me before they started the process but I decided not to include and do something else with the veil. The price was fair for the amount $$$ I put into the dress. Definitely recommend!

I am very happy that I chose Cindy’s Cleaners (Brite Touch) to clean my daughter’s wedding dress. They did a great job cleaning the dress (Indian embroidered lace slip underlay with corseted voluminous over skirt). They took special care with the dress, calling the overseas dress designer to discuss the fabrics and the best way to clean the dress. Leonardo and Juan were great with communications and provided a price for the cleaning and the date it would be ready. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to quotes from other cleaners. Also, the cleaning was completed in less than 3 weeks, which was so much faster than other cleaners who quoted timing of 6 weeks to eight months. Based on this experience, I plan to take all my dry cleaning to Cindy’s Brite Touch going forward!

Your order, containing multiple pieces, is counted several times in the process, documented and photographed. As a result, your nice clothing never turns up damaged and/or missing! Buttons are always there and the finish is great! I highly recommend this company!

Cindy's restoration specialist did an AMAZING job bringing my mother's 65 yr. old wedding dress back to life! Considering the dress was stained and yellowed from years of neglect, my mother is in disbelief that it looks this beautiful again! Thank you for the painstaking work, great communication and kindness.

Store front service is good, unfortunately the prices reflect a lack of transparency from the business. Pricing increases depending on the brand no matter if it’s dry cleaning or regular laundry. The price increase can sometimes be 2x/3x the normal price.

Unfortunately they are not able to provide the total cost at drop off which makes the business look disingenuous.

Cindy’s Dry Cleaners always does a great job. My clothes are cleaned and returned promptly and I’ve never had an issue with any of my clothing. Cindy’s also did my wedding dress preservation and did a wonderful job.
