Fantastic service!! With nowhere to put a skip we had to use the wait and load service. The downsides were that it cost the same as a normal hire, and they weren’t able to give a more specific time of delivery, than ‘in the afternoon’. However this was all more than made up for by the service we received from the driver. Not only did he help us load the skip, which we weren’t expecting, but he tirelessly grabbed every last item to go in, swept up every last drop of dust from our back garden and threw it in the skip. Fantastic service and would highly recommend.

Absolutely appalling company! We booked a collection date 3 weeks in advance in line with other works going on so the skip was gone for this to go ahead. Only when i chased collection was I informed no one would come for another week! The lady on the phone was blunt, rude and couldn’t give a damn she just kept repeating there was nothing she could do, almost smug at the control she had over the situation. Will never touch this company again.

The whole process was excellent. The initial contact was slick and smooth with the young lady knowing exactly what we needed. When the skip was delivered the young man did a sterling job of dropping it off through a very tight drive entrance, even managing to set it down against a hedge so that we could still get the car on the drive. collection was just as smooth and efficient Throughout a thoroughly pleasant and professional experience. Thoroughly recommend them

Highly recommend this skip company, very efficient firm, Emma Phillips was great on the phone, super helpful and honest with advising on the size of skip we would need, the driver who delivered the skip was polite and friendly, and managed to get the skip on an awkward driveway, good communication from Amy Dennis too, basically everybody I spoke to was great and the skip service was efficient and stress free. Thanks guys. Highly recommend.
