The whole experience was trouble free, visiting the showroom really helped to see what we were getting. The fitting team (Chris and Darren) worked so hard and were a pleasure to be around, this was a large job so they were here every day until it was finished. What really impressed me was the clean up at the end of every shift and standard of finishing off with trim around the new windows / doors, both internal and external no re-plastering was needed.
The noise levels in the house from outside have fallen significantly.

Highly recommended
I was very impressed by the efficiency of this very professional team. All staff were helpful and approachable with absolutely no sales pressure. I had a door fitted and went on to order 4 windows. This was a great experience, completely stress free. The quality of the work and the product was excellent.

Excellent job by Dominic and team in replacing multiple windows for us! Friendly and professional throughout from first call to finished job. No sales pressure, thorough and detailed survey and quote, great product and professionally installed without any fuss. The picture shows the clean and tidy state in which things were left. Had 3 windows and door installed, replacing blown ones. Great windows and installer did a marvelous job - quick, efficient but most importantly quality installation. Energy efficient too, we are running our heating far less!

I have uPVC door which had a defective lock (unable to open). I called in to the office and spoke to Kevin on Friday afternoon. He was very helpful and reassured me that he would arrange for someone to come and see the problem. On the following Monday Martin came to the house, opened the door within minutes and on the Tuesday came and fitted a new lock. Cumberland Windows cannot be praised more highly. Thank you for a prompt, efficient and fairly priced job well done. Would certainly recommend/use your company again.

Absolutely delighted with my new windows and doors from Dominic and his team. From the day we met Dominic to the day it was all fitted we were kept totally up to date, the boys were very professional and cleaned everything up leaving absolutely no mess.
