Technical Arboriculture were employed to assess a large sycamore tree on the edge of our property that was growing on top of a flint wall. They carried out a thorough inspection and generated an extremely comprehensive tree condition assessment/report. I also employed them to take forward the planning application for the trees removal.
The complete process was extremely complicated with us residing in a Grade 2 listed property, in a National Park and Conservation area. The tree was also viewed as having a very high amenity value by the planning department.
The well written report left the planners with, I feel, limited options other than to permit its removal on safety grounds.
I can safely say that I would not have had any possibility of removing this unsafe tree without the services of Technical Arboriculture. Highly recommended.
