Very bad place, I got to unload after 2 hours. The people have zero respect for the driver, they don't care about the working hours or the schedule of the work. I do not recommend this place.

Ive picked up from here many times now & it’s my favourite Amazon hub to pick-up from. There is plenty of parking outside & inside the hub it is very clean and organised. Staff are always polite and helpful at this location. Well done 👍

I'm chasing a product that hasn't been delivered. Although the customer service team have been no help, i drove to this warehouse this morning. Spoke with a young man, part of the management team. Explained what has happened, and that I'm just trying to get my parcel delivered in time for Christmas. He did seem to actually care about what has happened. And that is all I wanted. Someone who will investigate properly and get a result.
Not all are bad people. This one in particular provided great customer service 👌

Everything apart from the important meta headset itself was delivered.

Worst yard marshall complacency issue in all of UK Amazon sites visited...awful

Snails pace at unloading, yard marshal more interested in his phone whilst trucks are manoeuvring in the yard onto bays. Absolutely ignorant still embedded into his phone when handing keys over asking where I have to sit etc etc. More people just stood around trying to look busy,

Rude and unhelpful staff, stuck up and unfriendly. Only allowed one person out the car at a time. The other warehouse's are far more friendly, allow more people at a time and will be happy to help. Disappointed
