My mum had a new Worcester Bosch Combi boiler installed last week by Chas and Henry. They were both extremely professional, polite, hardworking and efficient. The work carried out was to a high standard. It was so nice that they took time to listen and answer any questions which mum had, which is so important nowadays.

Henry and Chas ensured that they fitted a new combi boiler into a new location along with pipe work and shower in a professional and proficient manner.

Both removed their work shoes when asked and cleared up after themselves. When the downstairs toilet had an overflow, Henry was professional and kind in sorting this out for mum too.

I’d like to say what a pleasure it was to have Henry and Chas install my new combi boiler and shower. They were polite and efficient and hardworking. They were very helpful and Henry was happy to answer all of my many questions with patience.
Both Henry and Chas were very thorough and gave a great and professional service. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They also left my home clean and tidy and I cannot thank them enough.
When we came across a problem with downstairs overflow pipe Henry was kind and proficient in sorting this out. Thank you again Henry and Chas.

I contacted RBHM mid-week as no water and boiler needed to be replaced ASAP.

By Friday I had a new boiler. Engineer did a fantastic job. Turned up on time and work was finished within a few hours. I also received two other quotes for the work and RBHM were the most competitive.

Very pleased with a speedy and efficient installation of a new Viessman boiler. Our heating engineer Henry was a great ambassador for RBHM.

He carried out a very comprehensive job removing an old boiler and replacing it with a new one and the same location. The new flue was at a different height to the original but Henry made a very good job of bricking up the old circular hole such that it is barely noticeable.

Without being prompted he consistently removed his work shoes every time he needed to go around the house and cleared up well when the job was complete.

From the start was very impressed, easy to discuss my requirements & options. Also we wanted 2 radiators replaced that due to going from imperial to metric would require adjustable tails, we requested that these could be equal lengths and radiator central. All agreed & booked in.
Lads on the day were great, made a good job of a previous awful instalation. We did though notice a dent in the front panel of the boiler when completed and was told a replacement would be ordered so 👍🏼 Over the weekend we noticed a small leak from the drain off, called and an out of ours engineer came and sorted, brilliant service.

While with us having raised a question in regards to the dent with their office was told not reported, along with the radiators had been fitted with a fixed tail and about 180mm tail other side, not central, looking awful, even though we stipulated we wanted equal. Photos were taken and reported back. We were told all would be sorted so after a few reminders to pay remainder of install if happy payed in good faith, that was a mistake as they have never resolved or even called to update us. Massive shame as sales & instalation apart from the radiators off centre were brilliant. The aftershaves though were poor and still haven't received and confirmation from Worcester Bosch confirming 10 year warranty, so now starting to wonder if even registered?

We had our new boiler fitted in April following a series of surveys and quotes from several companies. RBHM were very professional as well as competitive and we chose them to do the installation. The work was completed beautifully and within the quote and even ahead of time.
We were delighted with the work. The boiler and the whole system functions perfectly. Too soon to say if the gas bill will decrease, but we are pleased have peace of mind!
