Very nice drive down great Driver he was stick into the speed limit at all times even though he was indeed conversation, we could easily get distracted when you’re talking but not him the greatest experience I will recommend you guys to anyone keep up the great work thanks John

Have been saved on Friday morning by Ideal Cars after I had booked an Uber and they kept changing the time to pick me up. I had an appointment to get to at the hospital for an operation. Ideal cars managed to send Paul and he got me to my appointment in the nick of time. I will be definitely booking with Ideal in the future. Thank you so much❤️

Iv been regularly using this company to transport my two severely autistic children to and from school.
Daz (our driver) has welcomed the three of us with nothing but kindness, understanding and patience.

Although my children are none verbal Daz has made exceptional effort to involve them in conversations- he’s said “good morning mate” and “have a nice day boys” etc every time my children have gotten in and out of his car!
It’s lovely to see/hear others interact with them despite their communication issues.

Initially I was dreading the school run -especially with the challenges my children are faced with when travelling but overall I’m really happy with the service Ideal Cars provide. We’ve travelled with many companies in the past though I have never experienced such a pleasant/relaxed journey due to the driver having actual knowledge and skill in regards of cognitive and physical disabilities.

The company in general are an amazing team that go above and beyond for their customers - they offer a range of cars to suit a variety of needs and make adaptations when and where they can!

I can’t thank you guys enough for making the childrens transition to school safe, comfortable and enjoyable.

I've been meaning to leave this review for a year.

In June 2024 I booked a car for my elderly grandma to be collected from Nottingham train station and taken home to Hucknall after a weekend away in Suffolk. The driver called me not long after the train arrival time to say she wasn't at the exit. He drove around the station to another exit to check and called me back - she also wasn't at that exit. I panicked, but told the driver I'll get in touch with the train station and figure it out.

Thirty minutes later the taxi company got in touch with me to say they'd found her wondering around the station. The driver could have left or taken another job but he didn't, he helped an elderly lady get home safely.

It's the only time I've dealt with Ideal cars and I don't remember the name of the driver, but based on this experience, I can't recommend them enough.
