After just the first shipment they failed to inspect stock upon arrival. The result was that less stock and of a different colour was sent to Amazon.
Upon looking into things I asked them to investigate the discrepancy and they refused. Only when terminating the agreement did they make excuses.
Throughout the time working with them they did not meet the quality and service standards that I expected and so forms my reasoning for having to look elsewhere and rate them 1 star. It is a pity that, since posting the review, they have sought to blame me for their actions(/inactions). This is only a reflection of the service that I received throughout.
