This is amazing experience it’s takes only 15 minutes to be at paddington station or Heathrow Airport T2 / 3 and then 4.
They run each 15 min and the train 🚆 is very fast 💨 and stable.
The price also is very convenient especially if you buy two way or online

This post is about the HE in general.

One of the reasons I like lhr is this Heathrow Express, a direct light rail that takes all but 15 minutes to Paddington Station in the city.

I purchased my tickets in advance, £10 one way (£25 on the spot).

They're on time. The interior is clean. The seats are comfortable, although a little old, with charging ports.

It’s convenient and saves time! We took this train from London Paddington Station at 6.40pm and arrived at Heathrow Central for Terminal 2 & 3, 17 minutes later.

It costs us £25 each for ‘Fully Flexible Single Standard’. One way ride!

Be prepared to walk for 10-15 minutes from the Heathrow Central to Terminal 2 (arrivals & departures) but we didn’t mind it at all.

Fully recommend!

This is the most efficient way to and from LHR to central London/paddington station.
If one books ahead, it’s as cheap as $15 gbp.
The trip is a 15 quick ride. The ride is not smooth as other trains like that in Japan or in China.

This is must quicker than taking an uber.

Reliable service between Heathrow and Paddington. I would highly recommend to book ahead of time. Sometimes they have promotions and we got ours for 10£ one way. Ride is smooth but it’s a bit of walk from the terminal. There are lots of spaces for bigger luggage’s and the seats are spacious.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS USING THEIR APP.
Actually, don’t buy tickets at all!

Here’s what happened to me:

The app promises a 10% discount if you buy tickets through it for the first time, so I did.
The money (£22.50) was instantly taken from my Revolut card.
I then got a message saying “Thank you for the purchase, go to the tickets page.”
But when I clicked the tickets page, nothing. No tickets.
I also checked my emails, still nothing.

I panicked and contacted customer service:

First, they told me the payment “didn’t go through” and that the money would be reverted back in 48 hours. As the payment resulted “pending” on the Revolut app, I believed them.
48 hours later, instead of being reverted back, the payment went from pending to completed.
I contacted them again, and now the story changed: apparently it takes 5–7 days to get a refund.

If the payment “didn’t go through,” why was the money taken in the first place? And why are they now talking about a refund if, supposedly, they never received the money?

Clearly, they did take it as my bank confirmed the payment was completed to the merchant.

So the reality is:
-They took my money.
-They didn’t give me a ticket.
-Their app is unreliable, and they even admitted they know it “needs fixing.”

Save yourself the headache.
Do NOT trust this app with your money.

I have now raised a dispute through my Revolut app, and I am hoping the screenshots of my chats with customer service will be enough to get my money back.
For some people, £22 is a lot of money, it’s not fair to play with people’s money like this.

Nice airport. free charging place available. There are too many shops. Crowded you have to walk more and more to reach the airplane.
