Very bad service, late replies and bags got lost and delayed 7-9 days and didn’t get my bags until we payed extra 700 gbp, and after asking the arrival airport they said this is because of the company not paying the full price from the beginning

Avoid!! Took my money and never delivered the goods. Never had a bad experience before on eBay but these guys were the worst- bad communication, loads of excuses and ultimately eBay had to step in to refund.
