A satisfied customer once again though with a different outcome! My bike was in for a puncture repair however it was in bad condition with age so really wasn't worth fixing. Can't fault the staff as they were very helpful in explaining, were courteous and professional. So the outcome of my visit was buying a new bike with no pressure at all. Will continue to use Halfords in the future. Thankyou once again. 🚲😊🚲

Needed a new car battery and the guys at Halfords were super helpful and friendly. They fitted the new one in no time, but also made sure everything was right with the car and that I was happy before I left. Also gave me some useful tips regards battery health. I felt well looked after, thank you!

Couldn't find what I was looking for so asked a member of staff that was stacking shelves. He went out of his way to both show me where the item was but also to provide advice which led me buying a different item which was more suited to the job I was doing. Excellent service.

Dashcam fitting ended up in major electrical failure in my brand new 35k car. Cost £££ and weeks to fix. They don't care just cover the cost of the damage and say on your way. No sorry, no customer service. The mobile halfords team had to attend me at home as car unsafe to drive and said it was a bunch of cowboys that had fitted it and surprised my car didn't go on fire, then I said it was a halfords store that fitted it, they then said to get them to deal with it and they didn't want to touch it otherwise they would be liable. They confirmed they didn't have a clue what they were doing never or less how dangerous is was. Wrote to ceo and nothing. Customer service don't care. And the mechanics vaped in my car. I dont know how they can operate as a company, trading standards so shut them down. Don't be fooled by the reply from customer service saying there sorry when there not. The CEO should resign

I visited Ayr store to purchase roof bars. Norrie was a great help, finding me the correct bars. Bryan fitted them and explained how to remove them if i needed to. Great service
