I’m so thankful to Eco Grants Direct. They managed to get me a new boiler within the week that I contacted them. Their work was efficient and they worked all day non stop to get the new boiler and loft insulation installed. The lady who arranged all of this made sure that my application was processed quickly as she knew I had young children and didn’t want them to be left without heating for a long period of time. I can’t thank this company enough for sorting out the new boiler as it was a major worry on my mind. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody else who is in need of a new boiler. Had 2 houses external wall insulation done by ECO Grants, very professional organisation and helpful, the response from the contact person was very quick and efficient , both houses completed in a timely manner , workers carrying out the work were very professional and courteous towards everyone , nothing was too much trouble !

Professional sounding company I used for my elderly mother's house. There's loads of 5 star reviews but here's a real experience.

You should be warned of the workman they contract to do the work.
One tried to drill a hole for an extractor fan into an rsj above a window, leaving partial drill hole in the kitchen. Any skilled tradesmen knows there's an RSJ above doors and windows.
A team of 5 turned up for the boiler and worked until 11pm, rushing the job to get it completed. As a result, one radiator had a water leak and took 3 days and several phone calls to get them back to fix it. They left carpets lifted and grip bars dangerously upturned, stabbing my mother's foot. The old boiler extraction fan hole was never refilled and left open. One radiator was left unchanged and no longer working. Impossible to get them to come and rectify it. The removed boiler and radiators were left behind and not cleared, leaving us to deal with all the mess.

Beware of this company and the tradesmen they use. The work is rushed and you'll be left with having to clear the mess they leave behind.
