Very happy with the service provided. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. My orders are always carefully packaged. Quick dispatch and delivery. Last Christmas I placed an order for the Christmas eve dinner. Unfortunately the parcel didn't arrive on time (but this was UPS fault). The grocery shop was very concern about my parcel. Because we didn't know if UPS is going to deliver at the expected day, as how was mean to be . So the parcel arrived the first working day after Christmas. Some of my food was gone due to not appropriate storage by UPS. But the shop did refunded me for the uneatable food ( I say again it wasn't there fault at all). They always call me if there is a missing item. And they ask me if I want to be replaced with similar or same product, but different brand. With which I'm always happy to do. So happy that I found them. Wish them all the best and to carry on with the great service. And more satisfied customers

For more than seven years, I've been a loyal shopper at this establishment, even before they had an online presence. However, over time, I've noticed a significant decline in both the quality of their products and the level of service provided. Today, after placing a modest order of seven items, I was dismayed to find that it was incorrectly prepared. Despite reaching out via Facebook, I received no apology or explanation; my concerns were simply ignored.

It begs the question: if they can't ensure the accuracy of a small order, what confidence can we have in their ability to handle larger ones?

Furthermore, their insistence on a minimum order threshold of over £100 for free delivery, coupled with an exorbitant £11.99 delivery fee for orders below this limit, is simply unreasonable, especially considering the prevailing standards for free delivery in the UK.

I'm more than willing to spend £200 instead of £100, as long as it guarantees the purchase of high-quality products.

Another significant inconvenience is the inability to add certain essential items to the online shopping basket. Instead, customers are required to make a call or add them as notes during checkout, with payment settled upon delivery. This practice effectively excludes these items from contributing to the £100 minimum order threshold for free delivery, adding an extra amount you have to PAY UPON DELIVERY .

The only items worth considering from this Bulgarian Shop seem to be Wine, Cheese, and Yogurt.

I usually take my parcels here.
I am amazed by the range of food they sell; meats, pastries, jams, wines etc.
I'm definitely going to become a regular customer.....and the lovely lady there has lots of advice and recommendations.
She's an absolute delight...

Went on the weekend to take an Evri parcel back. What a fantastic hidden gem ? of a shop, it was such a lovely experience walking around looking at the Bulgarian foods. Brought some lovely chocolates and honey sweets. The staff are super friendly and very welcoming.

Not pleasant experience. I wanted to order particular type of food which was on their website and I did. This is the reason I picked this store over many others. However, when the parcel came I found out that none of the three type of items was correct…. I was very disappointed as the food was for my child. I would have ordered from a different place if I knew they don’t have in stock what I need. Very misleading. Do not recommend.

The owner was very polite however the female workers barely speak English and they constantly tell you to order through Facebook. When people buy food in bulk, it is important to know the best by date and if you have a product or not. Their website is not working and the employees are not happy to help over the phone unless you speak Bulgarian.
