I applied online for a quote for business electricity usage. I had a call back from Jonathan Silcock who was very helpful and sent me their full quotation during the course of the call. I sent an e-mail to confirm that we wished to proceed wit one of the quotes and when I called back, the task was very quickly and efficiently completed. In addition to the price being very competitive, the service received was excellent: it is so refreshing to speak to a UK-based Call Centre! I cannot commend this company highly enough.

Got some comparison quotes from Love Energy Savings for our charity (museum). After a few days Martin Coop from Love Energy phoned me and went through the options. He was very helpful, checked our circumstances, current provider, preferences, business model, etc and came up with an offer and price which suited us and we proceeded (with second option he gave us). We could complete a form emailed to us at the time and that he took us through and was all done with minimum fuss. Received confirmation from the energy supplier within the hour. Great, would use again.

Best service we've ever had with electricity companies. They sorted out prices three years ago and managed to somehow come up with the best prices again, they even beat the cheapest rate I was offered. Adam Hajee went out of his way to help us. He was very patient and was able to provide all relevant information like day and night usage while other companies were quoting us but weren't able to provide this level of information. I'd highly recommend Adam any day of the week.

We have used Love Energy for years for our community shop. They have always been helpful and got us the best deal. Unfortunately this all changed last time. We signed up with a new deal through them with Scottish Power. All good. When our old contract finished we assumed we would switch to the new one that we had signed up to - sadly not. Love energy had managed to cancel our contract and not start a new one so we ended up on a variable really expensive tariff as it had not been set up correctly. Scottish Power informed me that our account t had been close and no new account set up. This has meant that we have paid over the odds for electricity when we thought we had sober up to a new 24 month deal. Check it out before you rely on Love Energy deals….

We were contacted by Love energy to renew our energy contract as prices were going up. We had requested a 1 year contract but they sent a contract for 3 years, we didn't read the contract but realised after that it was the wrong duration and raised this. They refused to change the duration even though it was flagged up 5 minutes after signing. Will not be renewing with them next time.
