They supply energy not much can be written about that. However whenever you enter a meter reading on the app and your account balance is updated, if you try to reduce your direct debit as your account is in credit the app says there is a problem and does not allow you to do so. However, if your account is in debit it allows you to increase your payment without any issues - surprise surprise! ?

DO NOT GET A SMART METER WITH THIS COMPANY!! It takes about 3 hours for your money to get put on they’re absolutely rubbish, the system is SOO SLOW do not go with this company because you really will regret it

would put 0 stars if i could . the most minipulating company they will pull you on the street to join promising no rise ect i have MS and a young son which i was pregnant at the time and end up with a big bill through the door i cannot afford and then sent to a dept collector . stay away they aint worth it . . i do better on british gas . . avoid this company if you dont want to be made to pay 100s pound bill you cant afford after stating it was 34 a month .

0 star for this company I have a very bad experience with them poor customer service they don’t know how to deal with The client and they send me wrong bill and force me to pay. If you request them they will never listen to you.don’t come to this company they are the worst company in UK. They will never give you any discount they send me falls bill and loot me

Absolutely horrendous company.
I moved out of a property and informed them of this, they sent a final bill which I paid and my account was closed.
Unknown to me they then opened a new account under my name and continued to charge me for energy by sending bills to the now vacant property. As I had no idea there was even an account under my name they put a default on my credit history for unpaid bills, tanking my credit score until 2028.

Customer service is non existent, the app is broken and call hold times have been upwards of 2 hours.

If you've ever been a customer of them make damn sure that they don't just decide to open an account in your name without your consent.

If you've never been a customer, count yourself lucky and avoid them like the plague.

Unfortunately, if you don't look your bill every 2, 3 months, they can cheat you.
Standing charges were 60p but later on they put 191p. Ooooo

Rudest service team I have ever seen. If you find your apt supplier to be Scottish Power, run, or switch. Keep giving annoying calls to let me change my mind after I have already made my decision. And guess what? Receive an energy bill of over 90 pound for a 1-bed apt I just moved in for 2 weeks.
