Really happy with the install. The team came in early doors and did a fantastic job. They have years of experience. The battery wasn't the easiest to install due to space being a limiting factor, however the team of electricians did a very fine job and cleaned up after themselves. Honorable mention to Connor who provided amazing service, answered all queries and kept me informed post installation on how ot work the App to get the best use of the Solar power and batteries. I stumbled upon this company by chance on the Which.co.uk website, it was rated the highest in terms of quality, service and workmanship it is evident why they are number 1. Thank you for helping me lower my bills and going green!

Superb from first contact to installation

I can highly recommend Ecocute if you are considering a solar panel installation. I chose them based on some very good reviews, and wasn't disappointed.
The first conversations with Connor were polite and easy to understand, and he sent a very comprehensive quotation and set of projections through. I chose the system they recommended, and the install was booked for 2 months.
On the day of the install everything went extremely smoothly, and the system was up and running by the end of the day. Since then it has just operated in the background with no issues - very rare in my experience that anything using technology works first time, but this did, and in the week since install has actually been delivering marginally more than the projections.
Corey the electrician was excellent, clearly knows what he is talking about, was polite and courteous and did a very neat job. He's a really good ambassador for your company. The two roofers were equally good (didn't catch their names) and similarly have done a very neat job.
So all in all I would definitely recommend - a very easy transaction with pleasant and knowledgeable people, and a product that does exactly what it says.

Excellent price and service to get us done and dusted before the renderers started.
Always on hand to answer our questions and the products have been installed for 6 months with no issues. No pressure selling and put the inverter where we wanted it out of the way. The remote monitoring app is a plus for less for £4K installed no brainier especially with the gas and electric prices increasing. Thanks to Connor and his team no hesitation in recommending them.

Phoned Connor on the off chance they had any alpha ESS batteries in stock, after my current supplier left me dangling for 3 -4 months. He was confident and showed me photos of the batteries in stock in his Wharehouse. Didn’t ask for any upfront money untill the battery was installed. Which was reassuring, everything he discussed was bang on time and installation went exactly how they said.! Will not hesitate in recommending and look forward to my solar panels when the roof is changed

Great service,. Nice, friendly people. Straight facts, no rubbish sales tactics. Fitters were friendly and very efficient, the panels were up in no time. Electrician was a lovely young man. Would definitely recommend these guys. It felt a bit weird that they didn't come out to the house first but they knew what they were doing. A great price was the icing on the cake 🙂

I have only positives to say about Eco-Cute. Time from first enquiry to completed installation up and running was about a couple of weeks. The technicians and installers were a credit to the company and the communication from "head office" has been beyond expectation.

The installation was completed just a week ago and Eco-Cute started checking the outputs immediately.

The price was very competitive but a big factor in the purchase decision should be about more than price as a solar installation is a long-term investment. I feel that I have a long-term partnership with Eco-Cute. They monitor all of their installations and will alert their customers in the event of any issues then resolve them.

I sit with a sense of confidence in my solar PV installation.
