My hot water solar system is I think about 20 yrs old. I bought the house 12 yrs ago. They have worked beautifully all this time. Just had a 5 yr service and the engineer was polite and knew what he was doing, answered all my questions and was done within the hour. He told me nothing needs replacing. These panels and the system are amazing! Well done Sunuser!! Great customer service:)

Richard the engineer was very helpful and walked me through the process and kept me informed of the service and work he would complete.
I asked many questions, as the system we have is old and he explained all answers in terms that i could understand. Hi work was excellent, clean and very tidy - Thank you Richard.

My service showed essential repairs, one fairly urgent, needed to my elderly solar system. These were put in place quickly by Sunuser, with full and clear explanations of what needed to be done. The engineer was efficient and thorough, and gave advice on the system that I will find invaluable in operating the repaired system in future.

This was a 5 yrly service : really helpful to be contacted with our details confirmed. Easy to arrange engineer's visit. He arrived on time, did a very good job and assured us there was not need to replace anything but the expected anti-freeze. Also gave very helpful advice on other aspects of solar power. Would thoroughly recommend this company

Sunuser is the company that installed our first solar panles over 38 years ago so solar is not new to me. Neither is Sunuser They are a first class company with trust worthy workmen. Today's gent was Mr Kevin Wilkinson. his manners and attitude was A1+ even after having to wait while I moved things so he could get into the loft. He even helped me. As I have stated Sunuser installed our panels and I will not let anyone else near them Sun user installed so sunuser serviced . Sun user is a company that is there to help in any way they can and always have been so put your trust in them they will not let you down. God Bless You all and thank you for all the years of service you have given to me.

Sunuser is one of the most efficient companies we have used in recent years. We were kept informed all along, were told in advance what the cost would be, the representative arrived exactly on time, the payment was easy to organize (even for us elderly folk!), and I can't come up with any complaints at all.

Richard, the engineer, was very quick and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We had our solar panel to warm up the water installed about 16 years ago. And they have always been efficient and working well. Very satisfied

Richard is an excellent engineer and we trust him to complete the work. However whilst Sunuser kept us informed of his travel progress to us, he was well outside the original and designated arrival time of earlier in the afternoon.
