This is by far the best office of this operator in the capital. All staff speak English fluently. Consultations are competent and complete. A leisurely rhythm of working with clients creates queues, on some days I waited for an employee for 20-30 minutes. Nowhere to sit while waiting for a consultation. However, if you wait, then you will be served in a high-quality and leisurely manner. always a good result.

Unacceptably poor customer service. They don't keep promises; even when you ask them to take money from you for a additional subscription. Also for basic customer problems they switch you between 4-5 people and in the end either they drop the call,tell you to call later or return you to some of the 4-5 people you already spoke.
Would not recommend for business users

The quality of the internet is so poor the network doesn't work sometimes even in the cities, a little rain and the network is like in 1999 its a shame actually wasting so much money they are lucky there is no healthy competition in Slovenia otherwise they would have 0 customers... I DO NOT RECOMMEND, DON'T BUY IT ! WASTE OF MONEY !

A lot of people willing to help. Good for troubleshooting and buying a new phone. New phones have a nice stand display. There are also some phone geeks working here, and others know everything, even if the online shop or the phone support made a mistake. Well informed. Plus they have all the covers and protective screens of new models. Equipped with the credit card paying maschine.

DO NOT SIGN WITH A1. I signed up for a free trial for Ultra internet and I never received the device. I cancelled the agreement and to this day I am still getting invoiced for a service that I never received. I complain about it every time and every time they tell me that the issue was resolved. And then 3 days later I receive another invoice.
This company became very disorganized since it was aquired. Nothing really works there and I would advise everyone to avoid signing with A1 if at all possible. You will be disapointed.

Very poor customer service. A1 charged me EUR 50 for 6 MB of data usage charges in Albania, despite previously telling me I would be charged only EUR 5 per 1 GB of data used.

A1's customer service representatives were unable to help me in person and asked me to send an email. After 8 business days and one follow up email, A1 representatives got back to me, and only took EUR 15 off my bill.

I asked whether A1 would send me a new bill, or if I should pay the original bill with the new amount. A1 representatives did not answer, then shut off my cell service. Very poor customer service.

Customer unfriendly provider, with hidden clauses and the tendency to issue wrong invoices and have customer chase them for reimbursement. Definitively recommend to choose another provider!
