Allan and Nav came to my rescue when I returned from a short break to no hot water/ heating. They were very quick to respond and came out to my property to troubleshoot the issue. They identified I needed a new heating valve which they would be happy to source for me. There was no call out charge and having read their excellent customer service reviews I decided that it was time to replace my existing 15 year old boiler. This was quickly scheduled in at a convenient time to myself. They were both so respectful of my property and covered all the work surfaces and flooring before undertaking the works. My boiler was housed in a bespoke cupboard which they carefully dismantled and rebuilt for me once the new boiler was in. They both acted with great professionalism, worked extremely well together and gave me total confidence that I could rely on their services. One truly delighted customer!!!

Allan and Nav did a great job installing a 3 panel radiator and towel rail. Communication was excellent as they stated what they would be doing every step of the way. A leak that suddenly appeared a few days later due to previous builders blocking in a water flow outlet pipe was also rectified. A professional outfit, and one that I would certainly use again.
