They come even without booking them, when i initally let them in the first place, they took a look at boiler for a minute then rushed off out to attend another customer... No if your booked for your time to a house then fix the issue at hand or tell the customer you will be back with a part. Now months later they keep knocking sending my anxiety through the roof.

As a council tennant,I had to have new radiators and boiler installed. The engineer arrived on time and did an excellent job leaving the house in a clean and tidy condition.( The engineer/plumber name is TOMMY and is a credit to Aaron services)

Horrendous people to deal with!! Sent me notice of a service the day before. Despite various calls and promises to call me back to sort it. No contact from them. The have now notified my housing I've refused entry and have been and capped my gas. They are now refusing the emergency 48 hour call out the housing has requested. And leaving me and my child without hot water.
The service engineers often lie that they have been. I've watched a 'you were out' slip come through my door. Then went outside to see the van drive off. The staff on the phone can be often extremely unkind and arrogant. I've been left in tears by them after a phone call several times now.
2 years ago this company left me and my 6 year old with no hot water in sub zero winter weather for 3 weeks!.
I detest having to deal with them!! Stear clear!!

They book you in for an appointment saying to contact them if it is not suitable. When you contact them asking to rearrange it to a suitable date they ignore it and rebook it to a completely different date and then send you a text at 5pm the night before telling you the appointment is still happening so not enough time to arrange anything. Twice now they have ignored the request for available dates and instead keep booking it for when no one is available. I don't have hope in a company that can't do something as simple as arranging a appointment.

An engineer called Ernest arrived at my property and repaired my boiler. He explained everything to me in a clear and consise manner. Lovely chap very polite and friendly, a credit to the company.

cause more problems than I started with. Time wasters, not fit to do the job! This company needs closing down! Every service leads to problems, no heating the following day. Absolute trash and 100% not safe to use for gas services.

This company lied they had visited my council house to do an electrical safety check - then didn't telephone back when they said they would after being contacted for a new appointment.
We are now being threatened to have to pay for a court order to enter our house, the cost of entering, and the cost of repairs by our council.
We have a Ring camera doorbell, that will prove in any court, that they are lying shysters and that no one turned up.
Every, every, I repeat, person who comes to my front door is recorded, and there to view online, for any date.
My wife and I are both key workers who worked, at work, all through the pandemic, hence cannot change working hours at will.
Now we are being threatened by our council, for the above, because of these dysfunctional, incompetent, lying shysters.
I write this publicly knowing I can prove it.

Called this morning to order a repair for my bathroom window handle.
Which had broken.
Within a few hours ,
A guy came and quickly replaced the handle .
Excellent customer service.
