AB Renewables supplied and installed a home battery at a very competitive price and with excellent service.

From informative discussions with their sales representative, good management of the pre-install approvals and an efficient and friendly electrician for the installation, they have been a pleasure to deal with. I've had a few post-installation configuration queries and they have been very helpful and quick to respond.

There were no hidden extras, no pressure, no complaints about our existing electrics... 🙂 it was all just delightfully smooth.

Probably the best customer service I’ve ever come across. Benjamin and his team are prompt, efficient and professional. And the biggest plus is the value for money. I see similar systems to mine consistently advertised at least £1000 more than AB charged. If you’re considering solar PV don’t bother with anyone else just go straight to AB.

From Day 1, Benjamin was prompt with communication.
I ordered 10 Solar panels initially and Benjamin offered free delivery.
I later decided to have an additional 3, Benjamin offered to add them to the same order and at the same unit price as the first 10 - Bonus!
There was a delay in waiting for the panels to clear customs to the UK but i was kept updated every step of the way.
When the delivery date arrived, Sadly the delivery team was delayed due to road closures and they did not arrive until 2am on a Sunday morning.
As it happens i was working that night and didn't get home (From DJing) until 1am... so i was awake and helped unload the delivery. I felt sorry for the delivery team as at that point they had been on the road for 19 Hours and still had a 3 hour journey back home as i was the last delivery on their schedule.

Over the moon with the service i received, cannot fault a thing.
The panels are performing well.
If you are considering buying from AB solar, you will not be disappointed, Excellent service from start to finish.

My first experience with AB Solar and I’m not disappointed, excellent customer service, lady on the phone was so helpful, she spoke to me very nicely and I felt valued and Ben replied to my email and helped me with my questions about my setup, the delivery arrived just as I was leaving the house to go to work, the driver was very nice and careful with the panels, he packed them for me, very friendly as well, I’m very happy with my first experience with the above company, this is first class compare to other company I’ve used before, I wish I had known about AB Solar before when I was looking for an inverter.

I ordered six 555watt panels, and a Growatt 6.5 kWh battery storage from AB Solar. I knew very little about solar solutions and what I needed. Ben took me through all aspects of what I needed, what the system would achieve, and supported me during and after purchase and installation. Ben would get back to me straightaway whatever time of day or night I WhatsApp’s him with questions. Ben is very knowledgeable about Solar and was able to reassure me about any concerns I had. Ben’s pricing is very competitive, and he was even able to install my solar array on the date that my fixed price energy tariff expired. The installers and electricians were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I was very impressed that the electrician and installers travelled at least two hours to my house from their base, did a full days work, and then travelled back to their base after having cleaned up after themselves. AB solar have exceeded my expectations. A brilliant experience from start to finish.

We have just received the panels we ordered, they arrived in pristine condition and at the day and time promised. I can't fault this experience and the gentleman who delivered them was very helpful and helped me carry them all the way round to the back of my house for safe storage.
