This company turned up to service my Aga. They didn't do the service. They decommissioned the Aga by disconnecting the gas on the basis of the position of the flu that had been in place more than 10 years without causing any harm, so-called none compliance with building regs.

They left me without a cooker. NO HELP at all to fix the problem and charged me a £120.

Then I had to pay someone else £450 to get me back to square one. My plumber who was present was disgusted with them. Don't use them to service your Aga. Absolute rubbish, jobsworths.

Abbey heating called at my development to quote for air source heat pump and Bathroom and kitchen installation, looking at their website you would think this is right up their street,
4 weeks after their visit I emailed to chase up the quote but the reply was a surprise that they are not quoting as this is too big a job for them.
They could have called or emailed to let me know this.
Very disappointing

Really pleased with the service I received from Abbey Heating. I rang them to say our boiler wasn’t working and they fitted me in earlier than I expected. They gave me a time the engineer Stephen would be with me and he arrived on time.
He was friendly and explained clearly what he would need to do to fix the problem. He had all the parts he needed on his van to complete the work.
I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

I have one of the more obscure makes of boiler and I was unable to get local cover. The Abbey team have looked after it for 5 years and the service is exemplary.

The work is always excellent and they arrive when promised. Furthermore, if I have a breakdown of any nature they are quick to respond and sort the problem.

We had our old boiler replaced for a new Baxi combi boiler and we were very impressed with their professionalism and friendly manner. They got on with the job and made very little mess and when finished, explained simply how to use the boiler and remote thermostat. We enjoyed their company and thank them for a service very well done.
