Love taking my car here! I’ve used this shop a few years and they have always been amazing. Maggie is so organized and kind, 10/10 communication and customer service. They will get you in fast and call you back if they have earlier openings. As a young girl who knows nothing about cars, I never felt taken advantage of or spoken down to. They put your safety and happiness first. Love these guys!

I only got an inspection, but 1) they gave me a next day appointment when 10 other places were booked out for weeks, 2) I got there 20 minutes early and they were still able to get me in immediately, even though the parking lot and garage seemed packed 3) were friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable to be there, and 4) finished so fast that I was pulling in my driveway at home by my actual appointment time. Will definitely be back if I need more stuff done, they have excellent service! Thanks you!

Duane and Maggie are the best in the Northland! I’ve taken all my cars to them for at least 7 years now. They just squeezed my so son’s car in at the last minute and got it done in record time. Great pricing too!

I was driving down to KC from SW Iowa for a business trip. It was about 5:45 pm that I suspected a problem with my brake, hub or bearings and called a friend in KC who's friend recommended I call these guys. I am so grateful for them it was 3 minutes before the shop closed on Friday night when I called and he told me how to get there and he and his tech had me fixed up and back on the road again within an hour and a half! I didn't catch all of their names but they were all amazing! Roscoe the tech who did the work was really quick and did a phenomenal job! The owner and the lady who worked in the office were both super friendly. I was afraid it was going to be crazy expensive due to the late situation but they were so reasonable!!! I can't thank them enough for their kindness and willingness to stay and get me back on the road!! It's places like this that renew my faith in humanity every day! When shops are backed up for weeks they made time for an out of towner on a Friday night!
