Friendly, cheerful and efficient team, Martin and Mike gave me great advice compared to other installers before I made the decision to have them in to fit the AC unit. Prompt/on time, Installation was quick and complete in half a day which was great, they made no mess and took me through the workings of the unit on completion. I moved into a new property with A/C already installed. Martin and Mike attended to have a look at the unit which I genuinely thought was going to need replacing. Not only did they get it working, they moved the unit, tidied all the cabling taking pride in the work, performed a load of tests and gave it a full service. On top of all that they gave really good advice. Highly recommended.

An excellent service from the first visit to the installation of the air con unit. Due to the age of the property and the fact that it was built into a hill made finding an acceptable solution more complicated than I initially thought. We were walked through all the pros/cons of all solutions and once we had made an informed decision the installation took place on time and was very professionally done. Although not used the unit for cooling yet we have for heating and it is very efficient, quiet and unobtrusive.

I would highly recommend AC Air Wiltshire as the service that we received was first class.

Totally fantastic service, knowledge & advice on the right A/C solutions for our home. The actual fitting day was a joy, minimal disruption, Mike and Martin are the cleanest & tidiest duo ever, using quality materials, and sympathetically routing the cabling and trunking via the least obvious external route.
Martin went the extra mile to source an unusual lacquered unit for our red kitchen, and managed to get samples of the lacquer for us to approve before ordering with confidence.
We also like the fact that they will continue to service our units for years to come. All in all we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wonderful company. The knowledge and professionalism of AC air is second to none. From start to finish, they run the whole process, so never had to explain the same thing to multiple people (sales/engineers/electricians ect), which made the whole process smoother and easier.
Products used are high quality and from reputable brands, which are so easy to use.
One thing I can’t stress enough is their due attention and carefulness when working in the house; no mess/damage left behind. They respect the environment they are working in. Both friendly, knowledgeable and considerate throughout. 5 star business and 5 star service. I can’t recommend enough.

I simply cannot recommend Martin and Mike at AC Air wiltshire highly enough. Polite, courteous and very professional. The standard of work is nothing short of impeccable. When they had finished the install (which I don't think was the easiest of jobs in terms of where we wanted the unit and the difficulties of working in a old cottage with no straight walls or right angles etc) the place was quite literally tidier than when they started! I'm not really one to write reviews but I am so impressed, more with the workmanship and pride they took in their work than I am with the actual air con unit....and that is the best thing since sliced bread!
