cheap price for fans... except i got completely b-rated in there. Came in and asked for 2 pc fans and got rammed with jargon on how I can't buy one as I won't know the connections? Going on about RGB fans. I said 3 times I have a *plain* tower and I just want bog standard fans. I was laughed at and they even said "does your case even have fans" while laughing. I just responded with, yes, I built if all my self and just want 2 extra fans to assist with cooling when playing Warzone.

Im a 29 year old mum of 3 and I've been gaming on pc and building pcs for 16 years now. There was absolutely no need to speak to me in such a downgrading manner. I felt very jugded by gender and appearance, worst part was it was a male and a female working there and both were laughing at me.

Why not just ask the customer, do you want an rgb or plain, and is it a midi or a tower case. That simple.

I still got my fans, but i definitely won't be going back. My partner went there yesterday and got thermal grease and they didnt speak to him in such a manner. Think in future id rather just buy from an online store or curries, curries where absolutely lovely to me 2 days ago.

It was the male (possibly even you) who laughed at me and said "does it even have fans"
Please post the cctv footage as I know exactly what happened in that store.
A simple apology would have been nice but to deny and they try to say it never happened is completely disgraceful.

Got a PC here in Feb that's been running great for gaming and personal use with 3D asset creation. Ran into a minor issue and the customer service from Marie was excellent! Class price too and was a quick turnaround from order to doorstep

Honestly cannot recommend this company enough!

Ordered my daughters gaming pc bundle at a cracking price aswell!

Paid for the 5-7 day delivery and asked if they could hide any information that it was a pc. ( which they fully did) not only did they do my request but the next day it was shipped and delivered.

Extremely happy with the service even had a text message the night before to say it had been posted which I thought was really nice.

Once its all set up I will update with pictures.

Can't wait to see her face on her birthday. Many thanks again 🙏

Beautiful pc at a great price. Had some initial problems with running slow and freezing. Turned out to some minor tweaks related to the 5070. Took a while to find my way to the right tec support from them. But once I got help from the right person, it was quickly sorted and it runs like a dream now.

Bought a Pc last year that was custom built for us. Is still going strong now and has had no issues at all. We got help to select all the parts to be able to play the latest PC games. Service was very good and quick turnaround. Writing the review now as we went back recently for help to connect to a VR System we got that we had no clue how to connect which they helped us with also.

Over the years ive come here as its the only place in liverpool you can bring your dusty PC and they will check it for you, they also sell all PC parts here and its more of a local business which makes me feel better buying from them. Recently got my self a new PC and ive had it for a month and its a beast for the price. I recommend anyone looking for a new PC for gaming or for any use to come here before using the likes of Ebuyer or dare i say... scAmazon. Very friendly staff

Ordered a pc from here during the winter sale specs were rtx 4060 ryzen 7 5700x 32gb ddr4 ram in a Pro Android X White case and i am very happy with my new pc its very well built and looks amazing since i was looking for a mostly white build and it exceeds my expectations i mostly use the pc for vr and unity work and its a huge upgrade coming from my old pc which had an 13-10100f and a 1660 super in a CIT flash case the boxes of the components were also a nice touch as im someone who likes to collect packaging of components.

I bought a new PC from this website and company... I'm sorry I couldn't write a review sooner because i was in a big hurry for a few days- That I believed the description and I bought such a low quality PC. (If that can be called "Quality")

I didn't buy a super powerful PC, but according to the descriptions and photos - I didn't buy the cheapest or lowest quality option either. But the truth is that everything installed in the PC is the lowest quality on the market, absolutely worthless and several parts don't even have a brand, they're generic unbranded parts. The biggest deception, and the website doesn't even tell you in detail exactly what parts or make/model they are. GPU is the cheapest on the market and not as advertised in photos or descriptions, case filter damaged, the whole PC is absolutely worthless.
The fans work so hard even on silent mode that you can't even be in the same room because of the noise they make, they sit at above 1000+ rpm and there is no software for them because its unbranded.

I am greatly disappointedd and angry- I have never purchased such a poor product in my life and gotten barely any worth for my money except for the CPU... And they advertise as "Gaming Experts".

I strongly advise anyone to beware of such experts and look elsewhere for reliable, in depth and detailed information. Don't even look at buying here.
