Brilliant customer care service from Denise & Chris ! Had a full external Wall insulation done recently and now completed today... From start to finish the whole process has been so well organised & the Quality of workmanship Amazing and so professional in all aspects including full tidy ups to all areas as well as powerwashing slabbing and reinstating gates etc & general repairs to property after works ... Highly recommend A C WHYTE & CO
Especially want to thank Denise & Chris who went the extra mile to resolve snagging issues

Had external insulation done recently this company has no respect for people's property my garden wrecked they mixed mortar up on my grass now it burned and this company don't care nothing done to resolve this problem considering that was the only damage I asked them to repair considering all the other damage done . There advice from them grass seed it .

Decking covered in mortar
I also highlight water leaking from window and marking new roughcast questioned if it wasn't sealed properly advice its sealed we will monitor it no inspection carried out . I inspected area around window and found it not sealed properly resealed it my self photos included

I can't praise this company enough. I had external insulation work done on my house and I am delighted with there work. Everyone was so pleasant. Both Denice and David took my concerns about my rabbits whilst the work was being done very seriously . They both understood how much my rabbits mean to me and went out their way to keep my rabbit shed as safe as possible. David put a green netting up on the outside of the scaffolding to prevent anything hitting the shed whilst work was being done. The boys all worked hard, cleared up behind them and left my property looking amazing. Thank you A.C.Whyte. especially Denice and David. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.

As my husband and I both work 12 hour shifts Denise kept us up to date on what was happening and when. This was invaluable in order to allow access and prevent work being delayed, etc. Workmen were polite and answered all queries. Work was completed to high standard and any issues were quickly addressed.

Recently had external wall insulation carried out on my home, the team were great, customer liaison and site manager were lovely and the quality of works was fantastic. I can already feel it warmer in my home and less noisy with traffic too!
