Had a new garage door fitted. The team were excellent and even fitted earlier than anticipated.
Two small gripes. 1) you need to supply more than two keys, three would be a bare minimum.
2) offer insurance customers the option to pay for upgrades such as a rubber rain guard and better security.

Visited access garage doors Sidcup after a spring broke on our previous garage door to see if it could be repaired or needed replacing. Quick and effficient first meeting with the recommendation that a new door was needed. The surveyor was great, measured up and provided advice. Door arrived quicker than expected. Fitting was great and the new door is so much lighter and easier to use. Happy with the communications received through the process and the timeframe it was all completed in.

Varied experience. Original sale was competent, installation was quick and efficient, but aftersales care has not been good. We have had to call them out three times as the electric garage door never worked properly since fitting and would not close reliably. The most recent call-out was just outside of our 12 month warranty and we had to pay nearly £200 for call-out and repair costs. The company failed to observe that the door had never worked properly and that there was an ongoing fault that they had never resolved. We feel very let down by having to pay fees for changing modules and work that should have comprehensively addressed during our warranty, given the ongoing issues. It appears that they just put a sticking plaster over issues under warranty (at their cost) so that they could charge us more for work that they knew would be needed when our warranty expired. I will not buy from them again.
