First time buyer. First experience as a customer. Although I wasn't sure what to do when I drove up to the cash and carry, I parked up in the snow and ice and walked I to reception. I was met by a really helpful lady who explained the different coal and log options to me. Now I'm an intelligent lady, an engineer by qualification and it can be intimidating or confusing with all the options but the lovely lady made it all very clear what the differences were between each coal/ logs. I opted for budget coal and hornbeam logs. Once paid, I drove into the loading area where the guys loaded my car, I didn't even have to get out! I have to say, I'm impressed! Burned half the coal and logs this eve with twice the heat of the rubbish I've been buying elsewhere. Great service and great product, I will be back! Thank you

Wow I have used Ace Energy a few times now but the speed of service today was outstanding, ordered Saturday morning expecting delivery Monday or Tuesday and to my amazement and great satisfaction it arrived the same day! Excellent service and the delivery driver was very polite and professional 5 Stars absolutely deserved

As I can't reply to my previous review, you can have a new one.

Bulk Coal is still offline, suprise suprise. Still haven't answered why you raised the price over £200 to £690 due to a days worth of snow? Don't lie either about extra delivery charges due to adverse weather, or higher costs - you have done nothing other than try to profit off peoples lifeline which is heating.

Nobody cares your a family run business when your out to scam people, once was a decent fair priced company - now just trying it on to profit off peoples misery.

Greed will be this companies downfall (hopefully)

Avoid them, increased price of real flame premium from £480 to £680 in the space of a week profiteering due to the cold. Also took down their other website 'Bulk Coal' which was offering the same product cheaper, shop elsewhere. Con artists

We fill our lpg bottles here no issues at all staff always welcoming and competitive rates for lpg did use Morrisons and then found these and am so glad I did now feel like I was robbed by Morrisons almost 50p more a litre !!!

Been using this company for a few years now and can honestly say they are BRILLIANT. From placing the order to delivery, every staff member is polite & helpful. We were recently caught out and almost out of fuel. I rang on Wednesday and against the odds & snow! they actually managed to deliver the next day. Ace have just installed a solar PV array over my offices - from beginning to end the service was polite and professional. from acceptance of the quote to the array being installed took a matter of weeks. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.
