I would like to thank Ashley, Jack and Nathan at Ace Gas Redditch for the amazing job they carried out this week refitting our bathroom.

As sometimes happens with these projects, what looked to me like a "simple" job turned into a much bigger one, when the team found a hidden leak behind our shower wall - which had been rotting away everything behind it, but they handled every part of this for us - taking away all the stress - getting new parts at short notice, rebuilding walls and floor - then putting in a fantastic new bathroom!

They had previously gone above and beyond to help out when we had a burst kitchen pipe and got us up and running with new pipework and taps very quickly.

Ace Gas Redditch have also serviced our boiler for several years - I wouldn't choose anybody else for this.

I highly recommend Ace Gas Redditch to anybody looking for work to be done - you won't be disappointed.

Their work is priced fairly and competitively and they put in so much effort and attention to all the little details on every job they have done for us - even cleaning up after. We could not be happier.

Five star service. Arrived bang on time for both the assessment and to fit the boiler. Very helpful and friendly with a positive can do attitude. The recommendations for what type and make of boiler we should fit was really useful. The work was carried out efficiently and with minimum disruption. Very neatly fitted and everything cleaned and tidied up when the job was finished,
We will certainly use ACE Gas for any future work.

As a family, we wish to pass on our huge thanks to Ash and Nathan for the professional, friendly and sympathetic way they surveyed, advised and installed our LPG combi boiler system that replaced an existing wood burner with integral boiler heating hot water and radiators. We have just finished having our new boiler fitted today and the Ace Gas team are outstanding. I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The team were incredibly professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Ash took time to explain every step of the installation process to my wife and myself ensuring we felt comfortable and informed.
The attention to detail was impeccable, and they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The quality of their work is top-notch and our new boiler is running perfectly. They also left the work area spotless, and cleaned up after themselves after every task before moving on.
What truly sets this team apart though is their dedication to customer satisfaction. They were very friendly, approachable, and always willing to answer any questions we had. It's clear Ash, Jack and Nath (Nate as my kids call him lol) take great pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.

A huge thank you to Ash and his team for coming out to provide a quote for our boiler and getting us booked in just two days later to replace and remove the old system.

Ashley & Nathan have just installed a pressurised hot water tank for us and has tided up the pipe work in the airing cupboard. Fantastic work from both of them. The hot water pressure is now as good as the mains cold water, plus no more shower pump rattling away! Highly recommend Ace Gas Redditch.

I felt compelled to write this review because my boiler broke down just before Christmas. Ace Gas to the rescue. Not only did they loan me some electric heaters they took a day of their Christmas break, when they should of been with their families to install a new boiler for me.
That's what I call good service.
