Shocking and disappointing service . We paid a substantial fee , raised by donations for an ecology report . Paul Hudson was aware of the content and timeframe when it was accepted . We have been trying to get updates for 2 weeks , promised draft reports that never came . Today , 2 days prior to the deadline for the report we receive an email stating he cannot do it and has done no work on it . We now have no time to instruct a reliable company and go to hearings with no ecology report . Please avoid this company .
