I phoned on behalf of my 94 year-old Mum, who had a problem with her TV. Nick at the shop was brilliant. He said he'd try to get an engineer round the same day. He did so, the problem was resolved very quickly and he called me back as promised to let me know what had happened. Wonderful service. We will definitely use Aclands in future.
