Awful experience being woken at 2am to trees being felled opposite my house and put through a wood chipper, the wall infront of the house the trees belonged to was destroyed by falling branches, surrounding cars left covered in debri and this went on till 4am in a quiet Village. Who on earth instructs this kind of work to be done in the pitch black, a health and safety nightmare. Healthy trees were hacked and left looking awful?! Clearly havent got a clue what they are doing, in it for the money!

Acorn environmental Management group are practicing against industry health and safety guidelines by unsafely felling trees over the heads of the citizens of Sheffield. They also have unsafely continued work with a chipper after a person entered the safety zone. They have felled trees with no safety barriers at 4 am in the morning and left debris on the pavement forcing locals school children to walk in the roads. They also destroyed part of a charity Christmas display in Sheffield 2 weeks before Christmas. I would give these guys a wide birth and hire a company with dedication to safety up upholding of good morals.

No morals, ethics and very little health & safety awaremenes. Come to Sheffield and see this companyโ€™s handiwork. They are more than willing to fell healthy trees and abuse residents who peacefully protest their actions. They think nothing of arriving in the dark at 4am, climbing trees and throwing branches down which damage property and cars Itโ€™s all about profits for this company and nothing else matters.

Currently occupying my street in Sheffield surrounded by a mob of security guards enabling them to cut down perfectly healthy trees all of which have been given a clean bill of health by accredited arborists. IMHO responsible tree surgeons are properly concerned for the maintenance and nurture of endangered tree species as opposed to felling them simply for the convenience of irresponsible local authorities.

They're felling healthy trees for money in Sheffield. If you want anything pruning take heed that everything they touch ends up looking like this.

Could not disagree with the negative comments on here anymore if i tried, Acorn Environmental Management Group have carried out works for me and various companies i have worked for on numerous occasions spanning over the past 3 years and i have found them to be nothing more than professional and efficient in every aspect of work that they carry out. I could not recommend this company more and would advise anybody reading this, if they have any arboricultural works to be carried out, to go to Acorn Environmental.

Its funny how the people moaning about H&S up in Sheffield are probably the same people who crossed H&S barriers to tie themselves to tree's that were already in the process of being felled. Pot Kettle Black.

The destruction of thousands of Sheffield's healthy street has been condemned by everyone. This company is simply ignoring good practice and making money from environmental vandalism.

Awful company. Should change the name to environmental destruction with the destruction youโ€™re carrying out in Sheffield. How on earth can you contemplate destroying a war memorial or Christmas decorations in a street which have raised thousands for local charities.
