Over the years I've been to a couple of workshops at Acorn. One was a creative one ran with Sally, where we journeyed and got creative to make our own wisdom/empowerment cards. Another one was a coaching session with Elaine. Both facilitators were highly skilled & Professional and both events were fun and rewarding. I also know of Anne- Marie, who works there as a therapist, she's very soft natured, intuitive and empathic. I can highly recommend this centre for any therapy, class or workshop.

I’ve had massage recently from Hayley and Reflexology from Anne-Marie. Both were professional but super friendly and put me at my ease. Hayley provided a great sports massage for me as a road cyclist and Anne-Marie is the most calming soul I’ve met, perfect for reflexology. So nice to have something so good in Heanor!

Highly recommend Sally Race! I had a number of hypnotherapy treatments with Sally, as I have been struggling with my sleep during lockdown. I found it so helpful being able to speak to someone over zoom, and in my opinion it was just as good as being in person with someone.

Sally helped me work through many obstacles with my sleep, and now I feel completely refreshed and able to control my sleeping habits to the point where I no longer suffer with my sleep problems anymore. Sally was extremely professional, understanding and so lovely throughout the whole process. The techniques which Sally used were amazing and helped me mentally and physically. I can't thank her enough!!

To anyone looking for a hypnotherapist, I would highly recommend using Sally! Thank you so much for helping me, and I look forward to seeing your business boom as you are so talented and such a beautiful soul.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I have had personal experience with two of the therapists so far and it has been both an eye opening and enlightening experience.
I had hyonotherapy with Sally Race for smoking cessation in Oct and haven't needed to pick up a cigarette in 6 months! I feel so much healthier and happier as a result. I also have a lot more willpower too.
I have been to see Eileen who does EFT and after my initial 30 minute consultation, I am raring to get back for a full 90 minute session. I cannot believe how quickly I felt comfortable enough to share my issues and to begin to look for a way to clear the negative energy that is preventing me from moving towards my goals. I would recommend you come and take a look. Sally has hand picked her therapists and it shows.

I have been for my first reiki appointment with Anne Marie, she is a lovely calming person & I have to say that it's the first time in ages I have felt so calm & relaxed. I have booked my next session & will be using the other services they offer. I went with my instincts when looking for this service & they didn't let me down.

Well what can i say As soon as you walk up the stairs at acorn you feel like your going to a little peace of calm and tranquillity its lovely and clean and every one there is so nice .

I've had full body massage, indian head massage, aromatherapy, reflexology with Anne Marie and
Eileen Strong aswell as past life regression with Sally and that was amazing!! So Interesting.

I cant wait to go back for treatments and I love to support local businesses and this is one you should go to .

Acorn Natural Health Centre is a welcome addition to Heanor market place, situated above Birds, its another valuable outlet to help town.
Sally and here team at Acorn are very friendly & welcoming, their natural health services at the centre are extensive and desirable for both male & female clients. The centre is ideally placed at the top of Heanor and easily accessible by bus or car, with ample cheap parking directly across the road. The branding and professional services offered compliment the town and I'm sure Sally will strive to make every visit a shear pleasure for her customers as she did with ours.

Acorn is a wonderful sanctuary of peace and tranquility. The therapists are very professional and excellent at what they do. I would highly recommend trying everything on offer - I have- and have benefited both spiritually and physically from the experience. We are so lucky to have this in Heanor
