Thank you for all your help and patience with us in solving our rat infestation which has been present at this house for 5 years prior to us owning it. It was determined that the rats were entering the house through the drains which we’ve now been able to locate and seal off. You were always kind, supportive and knowledgeable whenever you came and always kept in touch by text which was an added bonus.
