Ben Rutter was great putting bird protection around our solar panels. Gave us a good price and time limit. He checked to make sure that there wasn't any nest under before starting.
A polite and friendly man, kept us informed on how he was doing the job.

Ben was superb, he took so much trouble and care to find the access point of where the rodents were coming in under our floor boards. We had 2 companies before Ben and they just came in, looked for a hole in the floor, and when they could not find any, when away. Ben never ever, gave up, came half a dozen times, taking up floor boards and even part of the pavement outside to look for the access point - which he eventually found. Our problem was very difficult and required patience and a desire to not give up - which he never did even over a number of weeks. Cannot rate him highly enough - brilliant!

Ben was great and very knowledgable about our pests at the flat.
He was able to come the next morning to do an initial spray and then came back 2 weeks later.
We have thankfully not noticed anymore of the fleas since he’s been!

Delighted with the work done by Ben to pigeon-proof my solar panels. Not an easy roof to access due to an extension built on the back of the house but the job was completed without problems. Ben is polite, punctual and really helpful to ensure you are happy with his work.

Did the bare minimum, did not go above and beyond like some of the reviews are saying on here. Came out twice, after Ben got paid, he was difficult to get hold of and not interested. Didn’t make any effort to find where the source of the issue was coming from. Would not use again or recommend. Disappointing experience.

Ben was originally going to come out 3 times, but due to a persistent problem at the front and the back of the house he visited fortnightly over the summer. I really appreciated his commitment and perseverance. He was friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend his services. Hopefully the problem here is sorted, but I now know who to call!
