Absolute disaster. I was promised external wall insulation in may ,all the materials to do the job have been dumped in my garden since early September. Nobody seems to be able to advise me. Had a phone call from action surrey to ask me to sign the forms to say I’m happy with finished work when they haven’t even started. Scaffold erected around my house weeks ago, a skip delivered and after a month it was taken away as the highway license had expired. The list goes on and on.
