How refreshing to deal with a company that you can speak to on the phone, provide excellent and very prompt service - all at a competitive price. Drivers are professional, extremely helpful, and polite. Small family firm who really care about their customers. No call waiting, live chat with robots, or rip off pricing. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

This time 1* other times was very good, and even dodged our dodgy decking, now that’s gone , but some how now with bottles no need to touch just go onto the grass like always, and all the other drivers managed to do, this including their firm, some how this one even though was told just watch the wild flowers, thought they were nettles, maybe they should study flowers verses weeds, he still chose to pull the hose, and himself right down the flowers and through to the tank.
We are both Very angry at this and I’m not leaving it either, as this is a lot of money we have spent. Also 1 of the pictures it shows 2 stumps and the tank, such a hard task getting to their ah, straight down the grass and thats it, but be careful companies never admit they’re completely wrong, although there was an apology and they admitted this, then they have to think up something else so there no completely quilty
As for our bottles not at all in the way of the oil tank as you go to the right and it’s there, if anything that was a lot more work, smashing up our flowers, and trampolining through the mud.
But I’m going to investigate damage to property .
And we wont use this company again. !
Just shows you you take care of someone xmas etc, and really when it comes down to it, the consumer always comes unstuck.
Well I’m afraid I won’t leave this.

Excellent service, the oil was delivered by a driver who was both polite, friendly and efficient really delighted that our buying group selected this company for the first time.
Great company with very competitive pricing.
Look forward, hopefully, to seeing them again.
