Brilliant service from start to finish, we had a new boiler fitted the week after.
Really friendly helpful team on the phone and a great surveyor who came out to do all the checks beforehand.
The workmen were very respectful and completed the work to a very high standard, Saeed who did the boiler did a cracking job, Both Kam and the Boiler installation guy left everything tidy and clean and made sure we were happy with all the work completed.
We also had all our paperwork logged and registered by Active homes so didn't even have that to do!
5 stars Guys, i would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Contacting Active Homes Ltd was the best thing to do, to enquire about a new Central Heating Grant . They took me through the application process and what would be installed at home new pipes etc. They are very helpful and supportive.. just a phone call away. Highly recommended! Avoid at all costs. The owner is currently in the process of turning a property in Stechford into a HMO, despite planning permission being rejected and over 400 people signing a petition against it. Mr Ayaz lies and has no regards to the law or to health and safety regulations. The man is untrustworthy. I would give him zero stars but unfortunately that isn't an option. Mr Ayaz has the audacity to call me crazy to his cash in hand workers, just because myself and over 400 others oppose his HMO.

Once I posted this, 3 new 5* reviews suddenly appeared within the space of an hour. In order to bury this review. Reaffirming to me their dodgy practices.

They sent the Director out who looked round my whole house, and then a gas engineer whose name I didn't get and when I asked for his details just said Active Homes and wouldn't give his name. They implied through all this I'd get a free boiler, confirming in emails and letters.

The engineer said he'd come out next week to fit and there was no problems.

I called for his details (just wanted the gas engineers name to google him and check) and more details on the actual work as there is minimal info on the company online and just like that they cancelled the job - without giving any of the details I asked for. Me and someone who called on my behalf both got different versions of why they were cancelling. Neither made sense.
