⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Poor Service & Faulty Heating Installation

I had new heaters installed by this company, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Since the installation, our flat has remained uncomfortably cold, despite setting the heaters to the maximum temperature of 25°C. Over an entire weekend of monitoring, the temperature never improved.

There are several serious issues with the service provided:

Ineffective Heating Setup – The same size heater was installed in both our lounge and bedroom, despite the lounge being significantly larger. This makes no sense, as the lounge heater is clearly struggling to warm up the space.
Skyrocketing Electricity Bills – Since the installation, our energy costs have increased significantly, leaving us with a substantial debt, yet our home is still freezing.
Lack of Communication – We were assured that a manager would contact us to discuss our tariff options, but we have heard nothing despite multiple follow-ups.
Before this company replaced our heaters, we had an older system that, while not the most efficient, at least kept our home warm. Now, we are left with higher energy bills and a flat that is colder than ever.

I would strongly advise against using this company unless they address these serious concerns. If no resolution is provided soon, I will be escalating the matter further.

Used A&D to install wall insulation in my home. The team were amazing! very professional, clean and tidy with great communication throughout. I also had a heat pump installed and the plumber was great. We had a small leak and A&D had someone back the same day to fix, this has filled me with confidence that they take there aftercare very seriously. Highly recommend

The customer service started great, the tradesman used were clean although the scaffolders were really rude however the point that really did it for me was less than 6 months after the pre-solar efficiency measures were installed, the vents that were installed into the windows didn’t do anything for the condensation in the rooms and we’ve had mould build up and the extractor fan in our wet room stopped working due to water damage. They refused to come out and repair it because the item was purchased direct from the manufacturer and therefore came with no warranty and they claimed to have checked in with me a month earlier to see how everything was working when in fact the email just asked what we’d had installed.

This will be taken further.

A&D Carbon Solutions fitted our air source heat pump, solar panels, radiators and insulation. Throughout the whole process we were treated very well and have been delighted with the service we have received, by both contractors and office based staff. There was a slight fault and they came back within two days to fix it. Would highly recommend their excellent service.

Jack and Holly and the rest of the team were always quick to answer email enquiries and getting through to them in the office on the telephone was always quick and directly to them with no waiting around on hold etc.
I was always dealt with friendly and professionally and always had peace of mind after dealing with them about any installation issues etc. I could not recommend this company highly enough!

We wanted to say a big thankyou to everyone involved, including Ricky & team also Nick for all his determination plus Dean and yourself Alan for persevering with what at times was a very challenging install for everyone, including ourselves.

As you know this wasn't your run of the mill average install and if we're honest there were a few unforeseen issues that could have been avoided but as I've previously said, "it's not what goes wrong, it's how that wrong is put right shows the integrity of a good company" and to your absolute credit, you didn't let us down when you said you would put things right and you certainly did showing how honorable and professional A&D really are.

We won't forget that after being rejected by so many other install companies you were the only ones who were brave enough to take us on and for that we very much respect, commend and thank you.

We are so pleased to report a remarkable improvement to the warmth and comfort this install has made to our home and we are so glad we went through with this and wouldn't hesitate to recommend A&D to anyone.
