Omg! This company is excellent. Jonathan went above and beyond to help me out with posting me a simple to use TV remote for my elderly mother's new TV, bought by a family member. Unfortunately being a smart TV the remote was extremely confusing . On searching the internet it appeared i was unable to source this remote elsewhere with Adam, Cook and Pearce being the only company in the world to stock it. Jonathan went to the post office that afternoon to post it and it arrived the next day.
Old fashioned customer service in abundance. Thank you. You have made an elderly lady happy she can now work the TV; along with a very relieved daughter, knowing mums not sitting in silence.

Excellent, service and products very good, good old old fashion service. Will price match
top notch shop.
New TV just purchased, lots of help, guidance and explaining how to set up and full details, you do not get this from the large warehouses.
In our house and other family members we have made eight large purchased over the last three years . A must go to shop

An absolutely exceptional company that rivals the likes of their competitors!.

I regularly use them from a business point of view and have recently purchased a washing machine from them for my own home.

Everyone from the office staff, especially Bernie, through to the delivery drivers are all extremely professional, prompt and polite. I simply cannot fault them!!
