We decided to carry out a check on the alarm system. We noticed that the alarm system wasn’t working. It was about 17.20 hours and I phoned ADB, who offered advice and stated that they’d phone back before 10.00 the next day, which they did. They informed us the engineer would be at our house at 15.00. We received a telephone call at 14.45 to say that the engineer was on their way. The engineer checked the system fixed the problem.
A very professional company remained polite at all times and did exactly what they told us they would do. Excellent service, thanks to office staff for arranging everything and the engineers who called to correct the problem

Excellent service from ADB Alarms. Had CCTV fitted and have had a great job done, from actual fitting to after sales service.
Tom did excellent job fitting the cctv, very professional with no mess. Lee helped us with actually navigating round the system. Extremely helpful and very friendly team.

Brilliant company with great service from the initial phone call to fitting and installing the alarm. With the alarm being slightly outdated in our property, they quickly resolved this within 24 hours to ensure it was up and installed in full working order.
