I had a frustrating experience with this company that I feel compelled to share.Initially,I was drawn in by their advertised 30-day return policy,but when I tried to return a faulty product,I was met with wall of excuses.The staff flatly denied my return,claiming there was no return policy at all.This was incredibly misleading and felt like a bait-and-switch tactic.
Additionally I noticed a sigificant price discrepancy between their online listings and in store prices.The employees seemed uninterested when I raised my concerns.
Overall,I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.They sell faulty products,have misleading policies,and their customer service leaves much to desire.Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!

Adlink has been my first go-to spot for all things boiler/plumbing related in London for years. It's been good watching this business evolve and grow stronger with each passing decade. They sell refurbished, and new boiler/plumbing parts. Majority of the time in stock.

Some of the old school staff are clued on and have the knowledge so their quick finding the correct parts.

I have been using AdLink for over a decade, considering the amount of times I have used them there is only been one occasion where they didn’t manage to fix a vokera pcb, however recently they went well above and beyond their duties when I brought them in a convection fan from an obsolete Robinson Willey warmplan xx auto. The fan was still working when I removed it but it was making a lot of noise. Dropped off on Wednesday before they closed and was called on Friday to come and pick it up. The refurbished fan was as new when I collected it and following the installation,soon after collection the fan was working and is very quiet, saving the customer several hundreds of pounds and on this occasion making both me and the customer very happy and satisfied with the service they offered.

6 months ago I had another very pleasant experience with Adlink where I needed a thermostatic cartridge for a concealed shower mixer, everywhere I looked and all the companies I contacted no one had the part in stock nor they could point me to where to find one. However when I got in touch with Adlink I was told to bring the cartridge in and they’ll have it refurbished and they did! And it’s still working today, again saving the customer a fortune not having to go through the wall to replace the concealed shower unit. Again a task which was nearly impossible to achieve due to obsolete parts was achieved with the knowledge and professionalism at Adlink.

After working in the plumbing and heating industry for over 22 years I can recommend this place to those who, like me, love a challenge and like to repair stuff rather than replace.

Only because something is obsolete it doesn’t mean all the hope is lost, at least until we have Adlink! I support this business and make sure to shop here every time I’m in the area or I need reconditioned parts to make sure it stays open for the foreseeable future as it helps those less fortunate to stay warm and have hot water in winter as they wouldn’t have the capability to pay for a new installation/appliance and thanks to Adlink keeping people’s appliances/showers going, sometimes even if obsolete, is still possible and is a blessing.

Second time lve used adlink for the same part fan for a glowworm. Parts are reconditioned on an exchange basis which works well 1st replacement fan lasted 4 years which I'm happy with.

Excellent service. Purchased a PCB (exchange) for a Valiant ecoTEC 24. I needed it today and they had it in stock. No hassle. Noted the boiler model number and uploaded the software. Installed to boiler and works perfectly. Supplied with 1 year warranty. Thank you
