In advance of the installation communication was very good and on the day of the installation everything was done as planned. Craig and his capable team changed nine radiators, removed an old gas boiler, put in the ASHP and all the electrics and pipework within the space of two days. Another day and a bit saw the 4.5kW PV array installed and working. Highly recommended.

When you’re making a decision about something as fundamental as switching from a gas boiler to a heat pump, you need confidence in the people arranging it for you. I appreciated Craig’s much more personal service than the second company that I had give me a quote; he was honest from the start about how a heat pump was only suitable for certain houses; he ensured that we were properly surveyed by an independent surveyor, who measured each room thoroughly before suggesting a heat pump would be appropriate, and that I would need new radiators to make up for the lower temperatures they provide- something that a lot of people complain about when they have them installed without this advice.

The process took around two days; Craig talked me through the process at every step, and at the end of it I had an 8000kw Mitsubishi heat pump installed neatly on the side of the house, connected to a brand new hot water tank. Over the course of last winter I found the heat pump was able to provide hot water consistently and efficiently.

Over the course of the year my gas bill has gone to almost nothing as we now have all hot water covered by the heat pump; the efficiency of the heat pump coupled with our solar panels means that we are essentially making money back during sunny days. One full tank of water costs roughly 30p/day.

Overall: clear information given, thorough preparation, friendly reliable service and excellent aftercare as well. Would recommend to anyone who has done their research and has a suitable house for a heat pump.

Craig and his team removed my old oil 'single pipe' heating system and put in an Air Source heat pump and complete new CH system. A huge undertaking for us, however Craig and his team could not have been more helpful or Profesional from start to finish. Would not hesitate to recommend the solution given or Craig and his team.

Last summer we decided to have an airpump instead of gas for our home heating. Coordinating time to do it and have the initial installation went to plan well. Then however we did not get the response we had expected and had to have other pumps installed by the same guys. It has worked well since then if we keep a check on the pressure of water. However it hasn't reduced costs. At least Craig can be called and willing to come out. Thank you. We are more green than we were but cost have quadrupled for our electricity bill. I know others have had ridiculous hikes in costs too so I dread to think how much the gas would have cost. At least the government RHI system puts something back into our bank each quarter.
