I switched to Affect in 2017 and my fixed tariff has just come to an end. I looked at switching again and could have saved a bit of money but decided to stay and fix again until June 2018. I echo what many other people have said. Although I have had no direct dealings (no reason to phone) everything has been straightforward and I have had no problems whatsoever. I get an e-mail reminder to send my meter readings and the website is very easy to use and has all the information you could want. Here's to another hassle free year. Keep it up Affect. Good work!

Have been with Affect for a year now and find them to be really good at customer care. Their online site is great and easy to understand and navigate, unlike previous companies I have been with. Even though I may get a slightly better deal this year I have decided to stay as it is worth it for the customer care. Always answer phone straight away and reply to emails promptly. (Wanted to change Direct Debit, no other problems)

Great company. Been with them since Feb 2017, I check for the best deal each year but it's great when your current provider stays on top so you don't have to bother about switching. My direct debit just came down another £14 so I'm very happy. Nice little website where it's easy to submit later readings each month to keep things accurate.

Top Draw. Just signed up for 2nd year. You know, when I ring they pick up the phone and I speak to someone. It's amazing, I love it !!! They are so friendly and helpful. I love the billing. Switched 6 months ago after my previous supplier became very expensive. Switch was easy, readings are easy to send and bill is simple to understand. I hope that when the fixed period is up, changing to another cheap tariff with Affect is available because as long as the price is competitive I will be happy to stay.

Our current energy supplier is British gas and with the increase in their electricity prices we have been meaning to look at other suppliers for some time. However, with work commitments and carrying out extensive renovations on our house, we just never seem to find the time., the usual story with most people! I went to Martin Lewis money saving site and after entering details of our annual gas and electric usage, I was given a list of alternative suppliers. I decided to go with affect as the feedback was 96% positive for customer support. They also offered a much cheaper deal, which is fixed for one year. I went to their site and the whole process only took 5 minutes, made easier as I had my latest gas and electric summaries, so I knew the annual usage . I like that Affect want monthly meter readings, as I think this will give us more accurate bills in the future. A good service so far!

I rarely write reviews but I believe that they really deserve one. I rented a house and inherited a really overpriced energy provider. Decided to switch and that was the best decision. I saved a lot of money, the process was hassle-free and the running service could not have been smoother. You need to provide a monthly meter reading but your effort is compensated with very good customer service and simple online webpage where you can see your statements, account balance and contact the customer service. Renewed!

My first energy supplier switch - glad I did! Affect Energy were recommended by the Martin Lewis site and, as they are based in my county, I took the plunge. I saved around £200 per annum in my first year over my previous rate. All my correspondence has been online and has been very easy, friendly and simple. I've just renewed for another year at a fixed tariff, and that was simple too. You can submit your meter readings online and track your useage and £ balance. I would recommend them highly.
